Don't worry about the fact that you probably have questions about our services. We certainly understand and that is why we want to make sure that we answer any of your questions and concerns to your complete satisfaction. As you can imagine, we receive some of the same questions on a regular basis so we have put together a list below of the most commonly asked along with our answers. If after you have perused this list you don't see a question you were wondering about, feel free to contact our customer service office. 1. Is drinking allowed on your vehicles?

Yes, as long as everyone on the bus is of legal drinking age. There are granite top bar areas with built-in coolers which you can stock with your favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

2. Will you provide the alcohol or do we have to bring our own?

By law, we cannot provide our customers with alcohol. However, our built-in coolers are just waiting for you to bring your favorite drinks on board. And by the way, we will provide the ice.


3. What is the best way for me to check what one of your vehicles would cost?

Because there are so many variables, your best bet is to call our customer service center. Our knowledgeable customer service agents will be more than happy to get some basic information from you and provide you with a quote.

4. What kind of experience can me and my group expect on one of your limo buses?

You are going to love every second on board one of our luxurious party buses. The features we have installed for your pleasure is unparalleled. You can expect a party atmosphere. Get ready for a premium sound system with subwoofers and CD/iPod/MP3 capabilities. Also, if you like to move and groove, there is a dance floor and dancing pole. A comfortable wraparound couch and color changing lighting doesn't hurt either. You really have to experience it to understand how great it is.


5. Can we smoke on the limo bus we book?

No, in the interests of keeping our vehicles as clean as possible, we do not allow smoking or vaping. But we do allow unlimited stops so if you or someone on your bus needs a smoke break, just mention it to your driver. Keep in mind, that smoking must be 15 feet or more away from the vehicle.

6. How do I decide which limo bus is best for my group?

Our amazing and affable customer service agents know this business like the back of their hands. A quick conversation where you answer some some simple questions will help our representative to point you in the right direction. We will always do our best to fit you to the perfect vehicle and we promise to never oversell you.


7. Do you require a deposit to reserve one of your vehicles?

Yes, one of our agents will be able to let you know what that amount is and you can put it on a debit or credit card.

8. Do you have bathrooms on your vehicles?

No, but we do offer unlimited stops so anytime there is a need, just tell your driver that you would like to make a pit stop.


9. How far will we be able to travel on one of your limo buses?

As far as you want to go. As long as you stay within your allotted time, our policy is unlimited miles and unlimited stops.

10. Is there a required tip?

No, the price we quoted you is your bottom line price and your tip is included. However, if you feel that the service you receive from your driver is over and above the call of duty, fell free to tip an additional amount.
